Our family has been involved with Huntington Beach Pop Warner for approximately 13 years. My husband Anthony was a head coach and board member and all five of our boys played football (flag thru Midget division) and our daughter was a cheerleader.

 

Our kids literally grew up on the Huntington Beach Pop Warner field. The experience benefitted them in an incredibly positive way. Not only did they learn the game of football, through safe & effective drills, practices and games, they also learned the value of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork.

 

The knowledge and skills developed through Pop Warner gave our children a ‘head start’ as they entered high school. All five boys went on to not only play for Edison High School’s exceptional football program, they also excelled.

 

I would recommend this program to any parent interested in teaching their children the game of football, but also the importance of hard work and dedication, which will carry on into their future.
