What if I have a concern with my child’s coach? |

If a parent has any concerns about their coach, please follow the proper chain of command. We ask that you please go to your head coach before approaching a board member. Please do not interrupt practice or games with your concerns. Try to approach members before or after the practice or game. Verbal abuse and/or harassment of any volunteer member or team staff will not be tolerated at any time. This could cause either you or your child to be released from the OEC Conference. Please see the “Code of Conduct” on the back of your OEC contract for further information. |
